Thank you for shopping with Y'allternative Edge! Please read our policy thoroughly, as a purchase with us is considered binding of this agreement.
PLEASE NOTE- ANY CHARGEBACKS WILL BE CONSIDERED THEFT OF PRODUCT. We do NOT take those lightly and will file a police report. Our reviews speak for themselves- we are here to assess and rectify and situations as they arise, and have done our due diligence to make this process as seamless and transparent as possible.
Please Note- Y'allternative Edge records all order packaging for quality control and reference. All falsely reported claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Any order cancellations must be requested within 90 minutes of placing your order. We are movers and shakers over here- and typically ship same/next business day.
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, within 14 business days of return. Items must be returned to us in original-unused condition, with tags attached. We take this very seriously. Any misrepresentation of product by the buyer in order to secure a return will result in forfeiture of both product and moneys paid. Refunds for online purchases must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following:
- Merchandise was received damaged, and was damaged prior to shipping
- The incorrect item was sent
Again, please note we record and photograph every, single order before it ships.

Clearance Merchandise- all merchandise purchased at a discount of 50% off or more is considered clearance merchandise. We make no guarantees to condition, however we do our best to inspect all items.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Orders are not eligible for cancellation once purchased, under any circumstances. All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. However under extenuating circumstances, you may apply for a refund under our Y'allbabes Guarantee.

Pre-orders can be daunting, but we do our best to make every transaction as transparent, seamless, and worry free as possible. We provide you our expected shipping window, AND a Y'ALLBABES GUARANTEE DATE. If shipping is delayed 1 day past the GUARANTEED shipping date, you may request, and will be granted a full refund in the form of store credit. If it is delayed 5 calendar days or more from latest shipping date, you may request a full refund to the original method of payment. We have the best policy in the industry, and we stand by our word.

Returns are not generally accepted on the following items, but may be granted on a case by case basis. Please note- by purchasing either of these items through Y’allternative Edge, you understand and agree that they are final sale, and any consideration of return is fully and completely at Y’allternative Edge & it’s management’s discretion:
Fine Jewelry- genuine turquoise, sterling silver, gold, precious and semiprecious stones
Cowhide
Shipping is non-refundable in ALL cases, with the exception of:
-Acts of negligence by the Seller
Y’allternative Edge will only cover return shipping if your item has a defect, was shipped damaged, or is incorrect.
If you wish to exchange your item, Y’allternative Edge will credit you $5 towards your exchange shipping, and will ship by exact weight. Any overages must be covered by you. You are entitled to ONE shipping credit every 3 orders.
We try to be as transparent as humanly possible, PLEASE refer to our size charts and sizing suggestions, we average a 0% TO DATE return rate when we are consulted with any sizing questions before purchase.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

All store credit will be issued within 48 hours of the item being returned to us.
Please Note-
Under no uncertain terms do we offer refunds to payment. All refunds will come in the form of FULL store credit, with no restocking fee. Refunds to payment will ONLY be issued for missing items, or defective items, and only at the sole discretion of ownership. This policy has been put into place to prevent financial abuse of our return policy.
In the event we deem it appropriate to issue a cash refund for any reason other than our (Y’allternative Edge) negligence or error, a 20% restocking fee WILL be charged. There is NO exception to this, no matter what the situation.
