Stretch or Clasp Bracelet Resizing

The perfect fit makes all the difference.

We strongly encourage you to review our sizing guide and follow it carefully before placing your order, as it will ensure a perfect fit. However, if your bracelet arrives a little too snug or a little too loose, we’re happy to resize it for you.

Resizing Smaller

Our flat-rate resizing service includes insured round-trip shipping for your bracelet. If your bracelet is being made smaller, any sterling pearls, gemstone beads, or other materials removed during the resizing process will be carefully packaged and returned to you.

Resizing Larger

If your bracelet needs to be increased in size, the flat-rate service covers the resizing and insured round-trip shipping. Additional sterling pearls, gemstone beads, or other materials required to complete the resize will be invoiced separately before work begins.

What to Expect

Once your resizing order is placed, we’ll email you a prepaid insured shipping label and detailed instructions within 2 business days. After your bracelet arrives at our shop, we’ll complete the resize as quickly as possible (10 business days or less) and return it beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

Our goal is simple: to make sure your bracelet fits comfortably, looks flawless, and is ready to enjoy for years to come.

Please remember, round trip shipping is at least $15, and when a clasp bracelet is restrung, sterling crimps and wire guard replacement is included in the flat rate, as they can not be reused.
