Desert Pearl Restring/Repair

Have a piece (or pieces) that have broken, need clasps replaced, or are just plain worn out? Missing pearls? Want something inspected for peace of mind? Watch band snapped? We can fix that—no problem.

This deposit covers round-trip shipping of your pieces. Within 2 business days of purchase, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. We provide insured shipping both to and from our shop so your items are protected every step of the way.

We will do our best to provide repair quotes in advance using photos. However, for larger projects (more than 3 pieces), we charge by the hour to ensure you receive the most cost-effective service possible. Once we receive your piece(s), we will assess them within 3 business days and contact you with a clear, fully transparent repair plan and quote, with necessary materials itemized.  Our TAT is always less than 10 business days, unless specialty pieces are required to be ordered.

Any removed or replaced materials will always be carefully packaged and returned to you along with your newly restored pieces.

Important Limitations

● We only work with sterling Desert Pearls. If your pieces are determined to be German silver, faux pearls, or non-sterling materials, they will be returned to you.

● We do not repair Navajo beadwork.

● All findings (clasps, wire, components) will be replaced with sterling silver if they are not already.

● We do not perform silversmithing repairs, but we are happy to recommend trusted professionals if needed.
